The details you enter on either the contact page or when subscribing to the newsletter are sent and retained by The Happy Business Consultancy in order to respond to the specified request. We use ReCaptcha for spam detection and prevention. When you complete a form on thehappybusiness.co.uk, you accept the ReCaptcha terms of service and privacy policy. We use Mailchimp to send emails to users who subscribe to receive them. Orders

When you complete a purchase through the website you share your purchase details with PayPal. Your payment details are handled securely by PayPal and are NOT retained by The Happy Business Consultancy. Please see PayPal’s privacy policy for more details.

Data Retention

We hold details of transactions for accountancy purposes. Cookies and analytics data may be held for up to 14 months.
