Order Processing & Delivery

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and most will be fulfilled with 3-5 working days. Please ensure you select the correct shipping rate for each item ordered. We will not fulfill orders where the postage has been wrongly calculated. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and £2.50 postage and packing charge will be added to your bill. Overseas orders will charged £5 postage and packing.

All prices quoted are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT.

Out of Stock/Order processing errors

We will try to inform you prior to processing your order via e-mail if your title is unavailable for any reason. Where this is not possible we will contact you to arrange a full refund. Whilst we make every effort to avoid errors in payment processing and delivery, where problems do occur we will contact you to arrange a full refund/alternative arrangements.

Returns policy

We do not refund unwanted items however you may return any product purchased found to be damaged/faulty on delivery within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact us for returns address details.

We accept no responsibility for returned items being lost in transit. Proof of postage is not considered proof of receipt. We recommend using a signed for delivery service to ensure receipt.
